ATLANTA, Georgia (January 16, 2013) – Village Podiatry Centers announces it has acquired Foot & Ankle Centers of Northeast Georgia. With the acquisition, Village Podiatry Centers adds eight new clinic locations, two surgery centers and three physicians. Steven Arminio, DPM, Dr. Richard Aronoff, DPM, and Robert Schwartz, DPM, join Village Podiatry Centers’ team of approximately 35 podiatric physicians and surgeons.
The acquisition of Foot & Ankle Centers of Northeast Georgia expands Village Podiatry’s footprint in metro Atlanta and adds a North Georgia clinic in Gainesville. In addition, Village Podiatry adds clinics in Alpharetta, Buford, Dacula, Dunwoody, Johns Creek, Norcross and Lawrenceville.
